Calling all budding birdwatchers! Ever wondered how to get into urban birding? These group walks are open to ALL bird curious people.

Solo-friendly by design, join our small and sociable group of up to 15 like-minded bird-curious people. We aim to have fun and to inform.

Led by an expert guide, this 90-minute walking tour reveals how to discover, identify and record the rich birdlife thriving among us in the urban environment - across lakes, gardens and woodlands in our urban parks. We learn how to look and what to listen out for when exploring our surroundings.

Spot elegant herons, flitting warblers and seasonal migrants — all while learning key bird identification skills. This Group Walk offers an informative and eye-opening journey from city life into the natural world.

We use eBird to record our bird sightings and you will get a complete species list afterwards, including any pictures that we manage to capture during our walk.
